Shipping is free on all orders whose value is equal to or greater than the amount indicated below:

Mainland Spain : FREE shipping on orders over €100.
Balearic Islands : FREE shipping on orders over €200.
Ceuta and Melilla : FREE shipping on orders over €200.

Shipping costs for orders that do not meet the above conditions are as follows:

Peninsular Spain : €8
Balearic Islands : €15
Ceuta and Melilla : €15

We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

All product returns will be inspected at the factory by our specialized Quality staff and once they have been analyzed, the customer will be informed of the result of that analysis and whether the return or the shipment of a new product is appropriate.

To request a return, please fill out a form indicating the reason for the return and attach photographs as proof. Our Quality team will contact you to arrange for the item to be collected for analysis.
